50 or 75 min sessions | IN-person or virtual
These sessions offer a collaborative, compassionate space to slow down and explore what’s unfolding in both your inner and outer world. Together, we’ll gently attend to patterns, emotions, and relational dynamics with curiosity rather than judgment, creating room for insight, healing, and meaningful change.
We’ll explore your personal history, including childhood experiences, family dynamics, and past and present relationships, while also attending to your current emotional landscape and life circumstances. We’ll also review lifestyle factors that influence your well-being, such as sleep patterns, nourishment, movement practices, stress levels, and daily routines. Together, we’ll begin clarifying your goals, personal values, and intentions for therapy, identifying the areas where meaningful growth and healing are most needed. You’ll also leave with practices or reflections to begin integrating our work into your daily life.
Our work may include mindfulness and somatic awareness practices, values-based reflection, inner child work, and experiential exercises drawn from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Eastern approaches to self-growth. Sessions are tailored to your needs and pace, supporting you in building self-trust, emotional resilience, and a more aligned relationship with yourself and others.

50 or 75 MIN SESSION | IN-PERSON OR VIRTUAL
Mentorship is distinct from therapy in that it focuses on personal growth, alignment, and forward movement, rather than emotional healing or symptom treatment. While therapy often explores the “why” behind patterns, mentorship emphasizes the “how,” helping you move from insight into meaningful change quickly. It’s designed for women who feel stable and self-aware, yet want more guidance and accountability. These 1:1 mentorship sessions integrate values-based guidance, and structured holistic strategies to support you in attaining your goals. These sessions* are ideal for:
therapists completing their internship hours, recently licensed, or wanting to start a private practice
yoga teachers looking for guidance on refining class structure, sequencing, business-related questions, or yoga philosophy
women who are navigating transitions in career, identity, or relationships and want a more structure approach towards their goals within these areas
* these sessions are not intended to be psychotherapy sessions; if you’re curious to learn more about structure, please reach out via my contact page

My supervision approach integrates clinical skill development with self-reflection, mindfulness, embodiment, relational awareness, and a feminist perspective. Together, we can explore case conceptualization, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, ethical decision-making, boundaries, documentation, professional identity, and the many nuances of becoming a confident clinician.
As a therapist who has worked primarily with women and draws from ACT, Compassion-Focused Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, somatic work, and parts/inner-child work, I particularly enjoy supporting clinicians who are interested in integrative, relational, and holistic approaches to therapy.
