THERAPY + MENTORSHIP SERVICES

20 min Consultation Call : FREE

An informal phone consultation for interested clients to briefly discuss their personal goals, and what they are looking for from therapy. This is a perfect opportunity to ask any questions you may have about my approach, or therapy in general. From here, we’ll mutually decide if we are a good fit, and potentially move towards scheduling our first official session.

Initial Intake Session (75 min): $185

Required for all first-time clients. This longer first session gives us ample time to lay the foundation for the journey ahead. We will delve into your childhood history, family dynamics, and past & current relationships to get a clear sense of who you are, and where your unique work lies. We will also start to clarify your goals, personal values, and your path forward in therapy — as well as discuss practices you can begin doing at home to supplement our work together.

Psychotherapy Session (50 min): $165

This is the classic session model, and can include talk therapy, inner child practices, somatic exercises, and homework or practices for your time outside of therapy.

Mentorship Session (1 hr): $150

For anyone looking for a mentor within the wellness field, these sessions give you the chance to ask specific career questions, pick my brain, or receive personalized guidance on your own path. Whether you're looking for a one-off session or a regular touchpoint, I offer these sessions to women who need more direction in the fields of therapy, counseling, mental health, yoga, and wellness. A NOTE ON PAYMENT & INSURANCE :

I accept private pay via debit, credit card, or Health Savings Accounts. I currently do not take insurance, but can provide superbills for potential reimbursement from your insurance company. Not all plans reimburse for psychological services; please check with your provider for eligibility.

I offer a sliding-scale rate to a limited number of clients at a time, as well as a student rate to anyone currently enrolled in school. To find out if you are eligible for this rate, please mention it when reaching out.
